This will follow the same route as the 5 mile route published on the training email but will be a continuous run. The pace will be between 8-8.30 min miles (5-5.17 per km). Gary's Thursday Fell Runs are back! And we'll start with the Chatsworth loop, meeting 18:15 for a 18:30 start from Nether end car park, Church Ln, Baslow, Bakewell DE45 1SR.
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear.
